For BBQ Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well blended; set aside.

For Pulled Pork:
Step 4
Place pork shoulder in 6 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and top with water. Cook on high for one hour then reduce temperature to low for 5 hours.
Step 5
Remove pork shoulder and “pull†pork into shreds. Return to slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and cook on high for remaining hour of cook time. Serve on a bun, with coleslaw atop, or on the side. Enjoy!
