Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Next, we'll be chopping garlic.

Add ~2 tbsp of olive oil to a bowl and add in your garlic.

Use a silicone brush to coat the crust with the mixture. (This will be your base.)

Next, cut up your tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella.

Add the shredded mozzarella to the crust.
Step 7
In a skillet over medium heat, add your ghee and cooked chicken. After 2 minutes of sautéing, add the curry powder and coat the chicken well allowing to sauté for another 2 minutes and remove from the heat.

While your chicken is cooking, add the onions and tomatoes to the pizza. Sprinkle each tomato with a dash of salt and then add the chicken mixture.
Step 9
Lastly, top the pizza with the sliced mozzarella and bake the pizza @ 425F for 15 minutes. Check the center to make sure the dough has cooked and if not, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 10
Let the pizza cool for 10 minutes. While the pizza is cooling, chiffonade the basil (just a fancy way to say thinly slice). Top the cooled pizza with the sliced cucumber, basil, and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
