Preheat the oven to 375° F; grease a cast iron baking pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, crumbled cornbread, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, milk, sage, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Using a cookie scoop or your hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the greased baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
