Dredge the Chicken. Set up a dredging station with three bowls: Flour. A mixture of beaten eggs and milk.The seasoned cornflake mixture. Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally in the cornflake mixture, ensuring an even coat.

Bake to Crispy Perfection. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with olive oil to enhance crispiness. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
