Boil water until it's hot.

Step 2

Put green tea bag and chamomile tea bag in a safe container.

Step 3

Pour hot water over the tea bags and let them sit for 5 minutes.

Take out the tea bags or strain out the loose tea and chamomile flowers.

Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.

Step 6

Grate turmeric and ginger into the mix.

Step 7

If you want, add a bit of honey.

Stir well and let it sit for another 5 minutes.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the mix over the ice.
