Arrange small scoops of strawberry and bubblegum ice cream on each plate. Place a cloud of cotton candy on top. Insert a candle into each scoop of ice cream. Light candles and serve immediately.

I served these to my daughter as a surprise and her mouth dropped open for a sec and then she smiled.
