Step 1

Add the heavy whipping cream to a large bowl.

Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This should only take a few minutes.

In another large bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring. Whisk until combined.

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.

Try to keep the mixture light and fluffy.

Divide into two medium bowls. Add blue food coloring to one bowl, stirring until combined. Add red food coloring to the other bowl, adding just enough until you get a light pink color. Stir until combined.

Step 7

Dollop the colors into a shallow freezer-safe dish, alternating colors. Be sure not to stir them together for best results.

Step 8

Freeze for 3-4 hours, until firm.
