Ingredients: 1 c chopped celery; 1 Tbsp butter; 2 Tbsp chopped onion; 1 1/2 c cooked rice; 2 c cooked cubed chicken; 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup ( i have also used cr. mushroom soup); 3/4 c mayonnaise; 1 can(s) drained sliced water chestnuts; 1/2 c almonds, slivered; 1 c cheese shredded ( add a little more because we like it cheesy); 2 Tbsp melted butter; 1 c corn flakes ( i have also used bread crumbs)

Cook celery and onions in butter till tender.Add the next 7 ingredients. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Crush the corn flakes and mix with the butter and add to top of casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 40 min
