Ingredients: 1 Courgette About 300 gram ( 10.5oz); 150 gram Sweetcorn kernels About 5.3 oz Frozen, tinned or fresh ( see details in note ); 100 gram Plain flour; 2 Eggs; 1/4 tsp Baking powder; 2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped/minced; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Black pepper; 2-3 tbsp Olive oil Or vegetable canola, sunflower oil, etc; 3 tbsp Mayonnaise; 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt; 1 Chili pepper Finely chopped; 1 tsp Lime juice Or lemon juice; 1 tsp Grated garlic; Salt and pepper to taste
