Step 1
Heat the oven to 375 degrees, and spray the sections of a muffin tin well with cooking spray.

Mix together the biscuit mix according to the instructions on the package, and add in the Italian seasoning and minced garlic.

In a bowl, stir together the crab meat, paprika, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, onion powder, parmesan cheese, cracker crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Flour your hands lightly. Add a bit of the biscuit mix to your hand, and form it into the shape of a bowl.

Layer some of the crab filling mixture into the center of the biscuit bowl.
Step 6
Cover the filling with a little more of the biscuit mixture.
Step 7
Place each filled biscuit into the muffin tin and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Step 8
Whisk together the melted butter and lemon juice.
Step 9
Brush the lemon butter onto the tops of the biscuits before serving.
