Ingredients: ¾ cup (75g) fresh or frozen cranberries; 1 medium (100g) apple ((cored and chopped)); 1 small (100g) ripe banana; 1 tablespoon chia seeds; 1 tablespoon hemp hearts; 1 ¼ cups (300ml) unsweetened dairy-free milk

All you need is 10 minutes and a handful of ingredients to make this delicious, filling cranberry apple smoothie.  You can use fresh or frozen fruit and the milk of your choice. It’s a quick, easy, refreshing drink you can have at breakfast or for a snack during the day. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free (if you use plant-based milk!) and it’s naturally sweetened.

Cranberry Apple Smoothie

cranberries

medium (100 grams) apple ((cored and chopped))

small (100 grams) ripe banana

chia seeds

hemp hearts

¼ cups (300 milliliters) unsweetened dairy-free milk

Add ingredients to blender.

Add all of the ingredients to your blender.

Blend.

Blend until everything has broken down and the mixture is smooth, roughly 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour.

Pour into one cup for one large serving or divide into two cups for two smaller servings.
