Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cool and strain into a jar.

Step 4

Add vodka, cranberry rosemary syrup, lemon juice and rose to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

Step 5

Strain into a glass over ice.

Step 6

Top with sparkling water. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary if desired.
