Step 1

Wash the beans and let water drain.

Step 2

Dice onion into small pieces.

Step 3

Wash bell pepper, cut into small pieces as well.

Step 4

Add parsley and cilantro.

Step 5

Cut the dried tomatoes in small strips.

Step 6

Throw everything into a big bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice and finish it off with some salt and pepper.

Step 7

Add some toasted wholemeal bread.
