Step 1
Mix bottom ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Beat middle layer ingredients till fluffy and spread carefully on top of the chocolate base layer. Bake at 25 min at 350.
Step 3
When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with marshmallows and bake for 2 more minutes at 350.
Step 4
After the brownies have cooled, frost and store in the refrigerator.
