Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, add the brown sugar, 1/4 cup of the granulated sugar, the butter, the salt, and the eggs and stir until smooth.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes up clean, about 30-34 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool before using the parchment paper to lift them from the pan.

Slice and serve.
