Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Step 3
Add in corn, tomatoes, mayo and seasoning including 1 Tbsp cilantro.
Step 4
Bake for30 minutes.
Step 5
Add grated cheese the last five minutes, continue to cook until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Garnish with green onion and additional cilantro
