Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400F degrees.
Step 2
Place the room temp sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, bisquick and scallions in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the mixture at a low speed for 1 minute (or use your hands to mash it together!) then turn the speed up and beat for another 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is pretty smooth.
Step 3
Scoop out 1 inch balls and roll around in your hand to smooth them out. Place the uncooked sausage balls on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, turning the tray halfway, until the sausage is cooked through.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and place on a serving platter with desired dipping sauce.
Step 5
Stir the sweet chili sauce and mayo together until combined. Serve for dipping.
