If using coconut powder, use a stick blender to blend the mixture smooth.

Pour into a squeeze bottle for convenience

Making cream of coconut is one of the easiest things you can make and it is an excellent substitute for Coco Lopez or Coco Real and can be made without any additives or preservatives.
