Step 1

Place garlic and onions into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add butter or olive oil and sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Step 3

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar and dried oregano and chop 5 sec/speed 5.

Step 4

Add water and stock paste and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 2.

Step 5

Add cream, basil leaves and parsley and blend 1 min/speed 4 - 8, increasing speed gradually from speed 4 to speed 8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
