Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.

Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Pour in heavy cream, add Dijon mustard and dried thyme. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with crispy bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
