Creamy Black Bean Dip

garlic

cumin

sour cream,

cilantro leaves

lime juice

salt

Corn tortilla chips,

Combine the garlic, cumin, beans, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and salt in a small food processor. Add 1/4 cup warm water and puree until smooth. Taste for seasoning.


Transfer the dip to a bowl and garnish with a dollop of sour cream. Serve alongside corn tortilla chips.


This recipe is my favorite thing about 2020. A friend made it for me and I’ve been obsessed. It’s great on nachos, it can make chips a meal, and it’s virtually guilt free while still being delicious. Thank you for this recipe.
