Preheat oven to 350*F
Step 2
Place thawed Broccoli Florets on the bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish.
Step 3
Top with diced cooked chicken or turkey.
Step 4
In a small bowl combine cream of chicken soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice - see notes if adding rice or curry powder.
Step 5
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Step 6
In same bowl mix cracker crumbs, cheese and melted butter.
Step 7
Sprinkle cracker mixture over casserole.
Step 8
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
Step 9
Serve immediately.
