Ingredients: 175 g Greek Yogurt (mayonnaise, or sour cream (see notes)); 3 tsp Dijon mustard; 1 garlic clove (minced); 1/2 bunch dill (freshly chopped, you can use as much or as little as you like.); 1 lemon (zested); 1/2 lemon (juiced); 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp sugar (optional)

This Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce makes a great dipping sauce for chicken and fish and is also a great drizzle sauce for meat and vegetables.

Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce

Greek Yogurt (mayonnaise,

Dijon mustard

garlic (minced)

dill (freshly chopped, you can use

lemon (zested)

lemon (juiced)

salt

tsp sugar (optional)

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Drizzle on top of the salmon before serving.

The lemon was far too overpowering and it's all we could taste. We used Greek yogurt. Will try it next time just with the zest and see if that balances the flavour better. Each to their own :) quick and easy sauce to make
