Place the heavy cream, grain mustard, and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Then add the salt and black pepper.

Use a whisk to combine the ingredients, then turn the heat down to medium-low heat and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
Step 4
Continue to stir the sauce until it's nice and thick, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 5
Pour it into a sauce jug ready for serving.
