Ingredients: 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened; 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk; 1/4 cup lemon juice; 2 cans (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained; 1-1/2 cups multicolored miniature marshmallows, divided; 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed; 1/2 cup chopped nuts; 1/3 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Creamy Pineapple Fluff Salad

(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

lemon juice

pineapple

carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

chopped nuts

maraschino cherries, chopped

This was amazing!  I made my own whipped cream.  I also added a teaspoon of lemon zest with the lemon juice.   So creamy and tasty.  We loved it!

what's the problem with the milk? There is only one kind of milk in the whole recipe.  Why should she have to write the kind of milk twice? Just follow the recipe. It's a very simple recipe and it taste delish.  I use to make this years and years ago. The marshmallows taste like whipped cream after  they soften.

Made this for family picnic, one comment was (it's so good it must be sinful) not a spoonful was left.  It does run on the sweet side so it doesn't take much to satisfy sweet tooth.

This is a very good and refreshing salad.  When using the pineapple does anyone know if it’s 20 ounces total or twi 20 ounce cans. At least our store doesn’t have 10 ounces of pineapple so I’m wondering if I should be doubling the 20 ounces.

I make this often especially in the hot humid days of summer. I usually add coconut and a large can of mandarin oranges. It is my daughters favorite dessert. I have been making this since I was a young bride I am  now 70.  Back in the "old days"  we didn't have cool whip so I used whipped cream. I have also subbed crushed pineapple well drained if I was out of tidbits. This recipe can be adapted to your individual preferences. Enjoy!

This is a great recipe!! I made a few changes, I  decreased the lemon juice a bit and added some of the drained pineapple juice.  I also folded in 3/4 of a cup of chopped walnuts in mixture and sprinkled some on top as directed!  Was loved by all!!

This is an old family recipe that dates back 60  years. I still make it during the hot summer months.

I made a double batch of this a couple of years ago for the 90th birthday party of the mother of a good friend. I added some coconut because she is fond of it. There were over 30 guests present and they ate every bite of it. My friend's mother still requests it for our yearly New Year's party.

Easy and good! I just added the nuts, Cherries and marshmallows in without leaving anything for topping.

This is Delicious! Simple to make! I added about a Cup of coconut & stirred in the "topping" of maraschino cherries, balance of marshmallows & nuts. YUMMY!

I made this recipe today and I thought it was a little too sweet.  My husband loved it.  Maybe not so many marshmallows.  The nuts, cherries and coconut were very good with the pineapple.  Yum yum.

Great recipe, but where is the milk that the directions talk about? Did I miss something?

I made this salad today and we had it with our dinner.It was delicious and easy to make.The only thing I did different was add coconut to the recipe.My husband loved it and so did I.I will definitely make this again.It was very creamy.
