Creamy Pineapple Pie is a light and refreshing dessert that's quick to make and impressive to serve. This is one of our favorite ways to complete a summer meal. &mdash;Sharon Bickett, Chester, South Carolina

Creamy Pineapple Pie

(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

(8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained

lemon juice

carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

graham cracker crust (9 inches)

macadamia nuts and additional crushed pineapple

Overall, not bad. It&#039;s very sweet and creamy. I drained the pineapple (bc of the reviews) and mixed in juice to taste and thickness. Maybe try 8 oz of milk, 14 was too much to fill the pie plate or possibly make your own crust. I also mixed in about a half of a block cream cheese to cut the sweetness. 
I think next time I&#039;ll use vanilla pudding mix with the pineapple and fold in half of a container of whipped cream.

Tasted pretty good, was easy to prepare.... Grandson thought it just tasted like canned pineapple with whipped cream (said “you can lose this recipe”)—but he ate it—twice.....

This is one of my (and my family and lucky coworkers) favorite recipes! It&#039;s so simple to make but dreamy ,creamy delicious. I do drain off a bit of the pineapple juice if the can seems too juicy before adding to recipe

I  love pineapple in any form, I drained it well but it was still on the soft side. But it tasted great and was light dessert for a warm day!

The first time I tried to do it it was running mess, the second time I drained the pineapple and it looks a lot better

Not sure what happened but this was a soupy mess with way more than could fit in the pie shell. It never set up in the fridge and I made it exactly as written. What could have been the problem??

We loved this  recipe! It was so easy to make and delicious!! My grandson just loved it too!

Quick, easy and delicious..one of my husbands favorites!

Very average recipe.  Needs something... maybe 3 oz. cream cheese and more pineapple?
