Add half the oil and butter to a frying pan along with the leeks and garlic and fry on a low heat till soft then set aside

Use the remaining oil and butter and fry the sausages for 5 mns till they have some colour

Add half the grated cheese cream cheese.chives and mustard and stir to combine everything. Season with S&P if needed.

Remove from the heat and cover with the remaining cheese and the breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Place under the grill for 3-4 mns till cheese is melted and golden brown
Step 9
Serve with roast potatoes and peas or mash potatoes and green beans or mixed veg.Tip- if you need to loosen up the sauce then add more stock or a spot of milk.
