Ingredients: 1 (15-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well; 1 cup cooked wild rice; 1 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 (10-1/2-ounce) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup; 1 tablespoon light margarine, melted; 1 teaspoon onion powder; 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Creamy Spinach Casserole

(15-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well

rice

reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese

mushroom soup

light margarine, melted

onion powder

nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon into casserole dish.

Cover and bake 30 minutes, or until heated through.
