Step 1

Make vegan pesto if you don't have any pre-made.

Step 2

Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 3

While the pasta is cooking, measure out all of the sauce ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan and whisk together.

Step 4

Once combined, turn the heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently until it starts to boil.

Step 5

Allow to boil slowly for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

Step 6

Pour over rinsed and drained pasta.
