Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a medium or large bowl, combine gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss all the ingredients so that they coat the gnocchi.
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients again.
Step 4
Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket and cook them for 12-14 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through. The air-fried gnocchi should turn golden brown and have a crispy exterior.
Step 5
Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a plate and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese as well as chopped parsley for garnish.
Step 6
Serve this side dish while it's hot and crispy and enjoy it with marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, tomato sauce, or your favorite sauce!
