Export 12 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, mix together all wet ingredients. Set aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients needed for the coating.
Step 3
Dip a piece of oyster mushroom in the milk mixture, shaking off excess. Then, coat it in the flour mixture and shake off extra. Repeat for the remaining mushrooms.
Step 4
Lightly coat the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil, and place mushrooms in one layer without overlapping. (Hence, you might need to cook them in batches)
Step 5
Spray a layer of oil on the mushrooms, then bake them at 180C/350F for 8-12 minutes, flipping and spraying on more oil halfway through.
Step 6
Serve them with dipping sauce of choice, and enjoy!
