Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan. And add jeera, green chillies and let them splutter. Then add potatoes and shallow fry till they turn golden brown in colour and crisp in texture.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and salt. Give a good mix.

Step 3

Take out the chaat in a bowl. Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves, sev and garlic mayo. Give a toss and serve.
