Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 400°F/200°C.

Step 2

Cut the bread rolls in equally thin slices. If they are really big, you can cut them in halves again. Lay them flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, the bread slices shouldn't overlap each other.

Step 3

Combine the olive oil, minced garlic cloves, parsley, and salt. Brush the mixture onto the bread slices.

Step 4

Bake the bread slices in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden-brown and crispy. Enjoy with spinach hummus, regular hummus or guacamole!
