Begin by cooking the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside (estimated time: 3-5 minutes).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until crisp, stirring occasionally (estimated time: 5 minutes).

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
