Sieve flour, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Make a hollow in center and add water and knead a soft dough.

Apply some oil and cover with a wet napkin. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Now in a small bowl, mix together the filling ingredients.

Now make 8 balls from the dough.

Roll a ball and spread prepared filling over it.
Step 7
Re-roll and form into a square.
Step 8
Then again into a ball, apply oil on each ball (paera), cover again. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Make thin parathas and make a hole in center. Fry paratha’s in hot ghee until golden from both sides.Crispy Paratha is ready to serve.
