Step 1

Cook noodles following packet directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook mince, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 7-8 minutes or until browned. Add chilli, garlic and 1 tablespoon of seeds. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, half the onion, half the coriander and remaining peanut oil. Add noodles. Cook until combined and warmed through.

Step 4

Serve noodles with cucumber and radish. Top with remaining coriander, onion and seeds. Drizzle with sesame oil to finish.
