Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Par-boil whole potatoes and allow to cool in fridge for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Use a fork to scratch into the outer layer of the potatoes.
Step 3
Add oil to a roasting pan and place in a 180C oven for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cook potatoes for 10-15 minutes until crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle.
Step 5
In a fry pan melt butter until bubbling. Just before serving drop potatoes into the butter and coat.
Step 6
Remove from fry pan and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
