Step 1
Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onions to the pan.

Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.

Dump the cooked ground beef and onions into a crock pot.
Step 6
Add the beef broth, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground mustard to the pot.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Place the lid on the pot and set it to cook High.
Step 9
After 2 hours of cooking time, remove the lid and stir the contents well.
Step 10
Add the cream of mushroom soup to the pot and stir well.
Step 11
Add the egg noodles to the pot.
Step 12
Gently push the noodles around until they are all submerged in the liquid.
Step 13
Return the lid to the pot and cook on High for an additional 30 minutes.
Step 14
After 30 minutes the noodles should be tender. If they are not continue cooking until they are.
Step 15
Once the noodles are tender, stir well one more time.
Step 16
