Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into 1 in cubes); 1/4 c. all purpose flour; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 3 clove garlic (minced); 1 tsp paprika; 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 2 1/2 c. beef broth; 8 oz tomato sauce; 1 yellow onion (diced); 3 potatoes (diced); 4 carrots (sliced)

tsp pepper

garlic (minced)

paprika

Worcestershire sauce

In a gallon size zip lock bag mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dump in the meat and shake until coated. Place in crock pot.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
