Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine the browned ground beef with the gravy mix (do not add water).

Step 2

Stir in cream cheese until smooth and then stir in mushrooms and set aside.

Step 3

Place frozen green beans in the bottom of your crock pot and evenly cover with bell pepper.

Step 4

Salt and pepper lightly and top with ground beef mixture.

Step 5

Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, adding cheese slices evenly over the top during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
