Grease the inside of the crock pot. Combine the cream of chicken soup, chopped spinach, diced chicken, sour cream, milk, Parmesan, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl and mix well. Place 3 lasagna noodles in the bottom of the greased crock pot, breaking the noodles as needed to fit. Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with the Mozzarella cheese. Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 1 hour then reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 more hours or until the pasta is cooked. Serve the chicken lasagna hot.
