Step 1
Place the chicken, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic in a crock pot.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Shred the chicken and stir back in the crock pot.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 5
Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom half of the Hawaiian Rolls in a 9X13 pan.
Step 6
Spoon the chicken on the Hawaiian rolls in the pan.
Step 7
Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, the grated parmesan cheese (reserve 1 tablespoon for the top) and the top Hawaiian rolls.
Step 8
Brush on top of the Hawaiian Rolls in the pan with the melted butter. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and garlic salt on top.
Step 9
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for 2-5 minutes to brown the top of the Hawaiian rolls.
Step 10
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
