Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, corn starch, cilantro, mint and water.
Step 2
Add the pork tenderloin to the crock pot.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the top of the crock pot.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Step 5
When finished place the pork on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Spoon the extra sauce on top of the pork tenderloin.

Broil for 5 minutes on each side or until the pork is browned slightly.
