Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, corn starch, cilantro, mint and water.

Add the pork tenderloin to the crock pot.

Pour the sauce over the top of the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

When finished place the pork on a baking sheet lined with foil.
