bbq sauce

pineapple chunks can ((20 ounces))

Place everything in the crock pot.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve over rice!

I made these for dinner tonight and they were fabulous!  I tweaked the sauce a little bit by adding 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar and a Tablespoon of grated ginger.  I also added some red and green bell peppers for color.  Next time I will add some sweet Thai chili sauce to add a bit of heat.
I served it with brown rice and broccoli bok choy stir fry.

Thanks for the info. I always freeze sliced bell peppers and chopped onions. What a time saver! My question is do you drain the pineapple chunks before adding to the Crock Pot for the meatballs?
