Step 1

Rinse lū’au leaf. Trim off the steam of the leaf.

Step 2

Lay half of the leaves in the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Step 3

Add fillings of choice (pork, beef, chicken).

Step 4

Season with Hawaiian salt.

Step 5

Cover with remaining lū’au leaves.

Step 6

Pour water in to pot.

Step 7

Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
