Ingredients: 1/2 lb pork steak (trimmed and cut into pieces); 2 14.5 oz cans stewed tomatoes with onions (celery, and green pepper); 1 to mato can water; 1 bay leaf; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 rib celery chopped; 2 carrots sliced; 2 large potatoes peeled and chopped; 1/4 cup chopped onion; 1 tsp chili powder; salt and pepper to taste

Add all of ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours or low 8 - 9 hours. Remove bay leaf. Enjoy!
