Step 1
Put your potato quarters, carrots and onion slices in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
Step 2
Sprinkle your seasonings on top and pour your broth in your crock pot.
Step 3
Pour in enough water to barely cover your veggies (about 2-3 cups).
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours (until your veggies are fork tender).
