Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a Crock-Pot
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
Step 3
*If you’re able to, stir the meat every few hours, draining off any liquid into a heat-proof container
Step 4
Allow the discarded liquid to cool before throwing it away in the garbage
Step 5
**Serve meat with your favorite taco or salad fixingsInstant Pot: Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and mix up as best as you can

Seal lid and set to pressure cook high for 10 minutes

Allow vent to slow release for 20 minutes

Once meat is finished cooking, drain off any liquid into a heat-proof container

Note: This liquid has some fat in it, so do not pour down a garbage disposal
