Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in bag and seal.
Step 3
Place in freezer.
Step 4
To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
Step 5
Dump bag in slow cooker.
Step 6
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Step 7
Place 1/2 cup cheese on top and cook another 20 minutes.
