Pour Olive Oil in Crockpot. {this works well in an oval 5.5 – 7 quart Crockpot}
Step 2
Add Sliced Onions to Crockpot and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Then gently toss onions using tongs to coat slices with oil.
Step 4
Cover Crockpot, and cook on LOW 7 – 8 hours, or until desired texture is achieved.
